It's Time for a Showdown!

SPRING VALLEY, MN:  This weekend isn’t only the biggest payday so far this season, but the largest single event payout in the history of “The Creek� for an event held in April.  That’s right race fans, over $40,000 will be up for grabs on Saturday night when some of the nation’s best pull through the back gate for the Justice Brothers Car Care Products Spring Showdown.
The United States Modified Touring Series (USMTS) will make their first stop at the speedway in 2012 with a $4,000-to-win, $400-to-start payout that is expected to draw some of the best modified teams in the country.  The question is, will the “locals� let the big money leave town or will they defend their turf?  Only time will tell.

Possibly a bigger question is who will take home the big check in the WISSOTA Late Model division?  Twenty-four cars will line up and hit the high banks for the $2,000-to-win, $200-to-start feature event.

The WISSOTA Midwest Modifieds and USRA B-Mods will also be competing for their largest payout to date with each class paying $400-to-win, $70-to-start and one talented WISSOTA Street Stock driver will take home $300 with the field getting a minimum of $70 to start.

Tickets can be purchased online at www.deercreekspeedway.com, by calling toll-free 877-DCS-RACE, or at the track on the day of the event.  Adults: $20, Kids: (12 & under) $10 and for the first time ever fans can upgrade for $15 to experience the new “Fan Zone!�  (Fan Zone limited to the first 50 upgrades)

Pit gates will open at 2:00 p.m., grandstands open at 3:00, hot laps begin at 4:45 and racing starts at 5:00 p.m.  Pit Passes are $35.   (Draw cut off for all Non-USMTS classes at 4:30, car or driver must be present to draw).  Entry Fee:  There will be a $25 entry fee for the WISSOTA Late Model division.  THERE IS NOT AN ENTRY FEE FOR THE WISSOTA MIDWEST MODIFIEDS, WISSOTA STREET STOCKS AND USRA B-MODS.
